Privacy policy
DRAFT: this text must be reviewed by a lawyer before the real launch. Company name, address and tax ID to be filled in.
1. Who processes the data
The 374 Pro platform is operated by 374 Գրուպ (the personal data processor under the RA Law "On Protection of Personal Data").
2. What we collect
From clients: name, phone number, booking time and service, the visit address when you choose a home visit (street, building, apartment, entrance/floor, note), and any review you leave.
From providers: name, phone, services and prices, working hours, districts, photos and the chosen plan.
Anonymous statistics: page visited (without query string), language, search category. We do not store IP addresses, device identifiers or tracking cookies.
If you sign in with Telegram: your Telegram ID and username (if any), and for clients also the phone number you choose to share in the @Pros_ambot bot. Used only for sign-in and booking messages.
3. Why
To make the booking and pass it to the provider, send reminders, verify reviews, prevent fraud and improve the service. Legal basis: your consent and performance of the contract.
4. Who we share with
Only the chosen provider sees your booking details. The visit address is shown only to that provider (in their dashboard and Telegram notification) and is never published. To show the route on a map, only the street and building number (no apartment, name or phone) are sent to OpenStreetMap Nominatim. Technical vendors: hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), SMS/WhatsApp provider, which may be located outside Armenia. We never sell data.
Telegram (Telegram Messenger) — for sign-in and notifications, if you choose to sign in with Telegram.
5. Retention
Bookings up to 3 years; the visit address is deleted 30 days after the visit (for a cancelled visit, right after its time); OTP codes 10 minutes, anonymous statistics up to 13 months, then deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
You may request information about your data, correction, blocking or destruction, and withdraw consent. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of the RA Ministry of Justice.
